Black ink drawing, fine line on white paper 350g.
Landscape in Provence through dense woods.

Crossing the hills of Provence, the local diversity of vegetation with its natural cycles offers an infinite choice to compose and shape new structures. His work is a union of everything in this environment. The ink drawing required an intimate connection and observation with the subject to portray and reveal detail and a sense of wholeness together.

Isabelle Stagg lives and works in Hyère (). Graduated from the University of the West of England in 2001 with a "Bachelor of Arts with Honours" in Fine Art. She received the Rebecca Smith Award from the Faculty of Fine Arts in her senior year.
