Ce tableau abstrait est composé de 800 carrés de 2 cm x 2 cm, organisés en une grille où chaque élément est déterminé par le hasard. Les couleurs principales – noir, rouge et blanc – créent un motif basé sur des formes géométriques angulaires (triangles ou rectangles) qui se mélangent dans une harmonie contrôlée par un algorithme de hasard. Chaque carré, influencé par cette approche aléatoire, contribue à donner à l’ensemble un aspect complexe et labyrinthique.

Des textures en pointillés apportent profondeur et contraste, donnant à l’œuvre un effet pixelisé et mystérieux, comme un code visuel. Ce tableau attire le regard par son équilibre entre ordre et chaos, invitant le spectateur à l’exploration.

Pour chaque carré, j'ai utilisé des dés pour décider de la forme, de la couleur et de la partie à remplir. Si deux couleurs devaient se chevaucher, je remplissais la zone en pointillés plutôt qu'en aplats.

Ce processus de création explore l’idée que « le hasard ajoute une touche de spontanéité inhumaine ». Pour moi, il est impossible de produire un vrai hasard sans l’aide d’outils. Si j'avais choisi de positionner chaque forme consciemment, le résultat aurait été influencé par mon propre sens esthétique, cherchant inconsciemment à créer de l'harmonie visuelle. Ici, les dés sont devenus les véritables créateurs, libérés de toute intention humaine.
