Geometric 2022 - 19a is an abstraction of a kaleidoscopic image. There are several versions of the main image (Geometric 2022 - 19), limited to 3 prints for each version. Geometric 2022 - 19a is an abstraction of a kaleidoscopic image. There are several versions of the main image (Geometric 2022 - 19), limited to 3 prints for each version. In this version, 2022 - 19a, I have rendered some of the triangular elements if ice blue for a cold wintery effect, helping impart the feeling that the star-shaped elements are ice crystals or snowflakes.

I am offering this version in 2 ADDITIONAL SIZES -- 20” H x 15.8” W at $750. AND 30” H x 23.8” W at $1800. - If you want either of these sizes, use the "Make an Offer" option (in the box below the price listing) at $750. (for 20" x 15.8" size) or $1800. (for 30" x 23.8" size) which I will accept. THE NUMBER OF PRINTS FOR ALL SIZES COMBINED IS 3 TOTAL; no matter which size prints happen to be purchased first, only 3 prints TOTAL FOR ALL SIZES COMBINED will be made.

Ken Lerner is a ionate photographic artist, born into a family of renowned photographers. He began taking photos at the age of 6, using a camera given to him by his father. But he was not interested in simply reproducing real life moments. His vision was more subjective and he sought to project an internal reality of that moment.

At the beginning of his career, he almost exclusively created images with multiple exposures. This gave a complex structure to the images and represented a subjective view of the world. In the 2010s, after working in financial product sales, he returned to photography producing only single exposure images. Even though they were less structurally complex, they still represented a subjective view of the world, being almost totally abstract. Ken works extensively with reflective surfaces such as water, glass and metal.

A lover of the beauty of nature, Ken Lerner paints and photographs a lot of landscapes and seascapes. He is interested in presenting different possibilities of representing "nature" and often produces many variations of an image with different colors, shades, contrasts and saturations.
