C'est lors d'un atelier de recherche en art plastique aux Beaux Arts de Sète sur le thème du portrait, que j'ai décidé de réaliser une série de portraits "d'artistes au chat" d'après des photographies en noir et blanc avec comme contraintes choisies : le format carré - la peinture acrylique appliquée en une première couche unie et une deuxième couche me permettant de réaliser le portrait avant que la peinture ne sèche en l'enlevant ou en l'essuyant avec le doigt pour tracer les ombres et les contours de mon sujet.

During many years of research in visual arts in various courses and workshops for adults, notably at the Fabre Museum in Montpellier and then at the Beaux Arts in Sète, I have endeavored to find and develop my own technique of artistic expression. So I started in 2015-2016 with a series of watercolor paintings on silky and synthetic recycled fabrics, on which I made imprints of dried forms under plastic film. Then from 2018, I started to make drawings on transparent s first on glass, and on plastic with the recovery of advertising poster s. Since then, I have continued to be seduced by this material, using it as my favorite medium.
