Nous sommes en juillet. Le soleil de Calabre cogne. Nous recherchons un endroit pour être à l'abri de la chaleur. L'endroit était propice à la détente.
La terre, malgré l'ombre des arbres, était rouge, orange, sec. Il n'avait pas plu depuis longtemps. Étrangement, les arbres avait gardé leurs feuilles.
C'est la proximité des végétaux qui leur permet de résister à la chaleur. Ils nous offrent un endroit au frais en temps de canicule, si propice à la rêverie, à la contemplation.

J'étudie au Lycée Jean XXIII de Montigny-lès-Metz en option art plastique. Je découvre les différents courants artistiques. En ant du mouvement moderne au mouvement contemporain, je garde à l'esprit le Fauvisme et l'Expressionnisme.
En 2006, j'entre à l'École Nationale Supérieure d'Art de Nancy. J'opte pour la communication visuelle à défaut de l'expression picturale. Je délaisse la peinture pour le graphisme.
En 2011, je décroche mon diplôme avec mention. Je décide de ne pas aller au bout du master pour mes études.
Je travaille au Luxembourg comme graphiste, puis comme graphiste freelance à Metz. Je débute durant cette période la peinture à l'huile.
Je commence un poste de graphiste metteur en page à l'imprimerie du Conseil Départemental de Moselle.
Je quitte mon poste pour vivre avec ma copine à Bâle en Suisse.
En 2018, je m'installe pour vivre avec elle. Je trouve un emploi comme webdesigner à Horbourg-Wihr. Les trajets en train me fatiguent et affectent ma motivation.
En 2021, pendant la période de Covid, l'agence se sépare de mes services. Durant cette période, je continue à dessiner, à peindre. Je découvre la linogravure comme moyen d'expression artistique. Je crée des caractères typographiques dans mon coin.
Pendant deux ans, je cherche un emploi.
Puis c'est à Burgdorf, en Suisse, que je trouve mon poste de graphiste.
L'aventure se termine huit mois plus tard.
Ce qui ne m'empêche pas de continuer à dessiner, à peindre et à produire des linogravures.
Cette année, j'ai exposé pour la première fois à Bâle. Elle regroupe mes productions datant de mon départ de Metz, , à aujourd'hui. Cette exposition a été un déclencheur. Elle m'a permis de faire un point sur ma situation. L'art est un soutien pour avancer.
Je suis artistiquement optimiste et résilient.
L'art m'apprend à être patient, comme à expérimenter. J'emprunte les chemins de traverse et vous propose des productions uniques, colorées et expressives.
