Przemysław Szopny is a contemporary Polish artist known for his dioramas and paintings. His artistic journey began over a decade ago with street art, particularly graffiti, which sparked his ion for self-expression. As a child, Szopny would spend hours riding public transportation, observing graffiti tags and throw-ups by local writers, immersing himself in the culture.
Over time, his interests expanded to architecture, especially forgotten, decaying places. These abandoned locations now serve as his primary inspiration for creating dioramas, where he breathes new life into them by giving them unique histories. His meticulous attention to detail and vibrant use of color convey emotions that words cannot capture.
