Stephen Grossman is a contemporary visual artist based in New Haven, CT, renowned for his versatile talents spanning sculpture, drawing, and painting. In 2006, Grossman's artistic prowess was acknowledged when he assumed the role of visiting artist at the Weir Farm Historic Trust, where he undoubtedly left an indelible mark on the artistic community. His dedication to the public arts was further exemplified in 2002 when he was awarded a prestigious grant from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) for his remarkable public art project, "Fencing." In addition to his thriving art practice, Stephen Grossman has generously shared his knowledge and expertise by teaching visual arts at The University of New Haven and Southern Connecticut State University.
