Zhang Youzhi (张 有志) is a contemporary Chinese sculptor whose work transcends mere artistic expression to embody a broader shaping of life and character. The combination of green and white creates an elegant, refined literary atmosphere. His recent works often incorporate elements from the traditional Tai Chi diagram, such as "The Pure One: Seeking the Quiet," where the figure’s posture suggests a quest for tranquility within nature, reflecting a personal philosophy of finding serenity amidst the chaos of modern life.

The "Fool" series reflects Zhang's (张 有志) contemplation of contemporary life's fast pace, urging society to slow down and cultivate an appreciation for the aesthetics of everyday existence. His works often feature symmetrical and slightly dynamic compositions that convey a sense of timelessness.
